RETURN POLICY
Right of withdrawal
In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the Customer has the qualification of “Consumer” indicated by the aforementioned legislation, he has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalties and without the obligation to provide reasons.
The refund of the amount paid will be made on condition that the goods are returned in accordance with the methods indicated below.
Times and Methods for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date on which the Customer received the products.
To exercise this right, you must notify the Company of your intention to withdraw using the form below. Once completed, you will receive a notification with the form details and the date and time your request was submitted. Upon receipt of the request, the Company will send the Customer written confirmation that the communication has been received.
Return of Products
The Customer must return the products within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, sending them to the following address:

Alternatively, you can use a GLS point that will be indicated at the time of the request. GLS points can be found here: https://gls-group.com/IT/it/trova-sede-parcelshop
In the reason for the return package, it will be necessary to indicate: “Return for credit to GASMARINE BV SRL” and the order number.
To start the return procedure the Customer must provide the following data:
- Name and surname;
- E-mail;
- Telephone;
- Order Number;
- Address and Delivery Date;
- Reason for Return (optional);
The return costs will be borne by the Customer if he chooses to ship independently; no costs will be due if the GLS point is used for the return.
Refund
The refund of the amount paid will be made promptly and in any case within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.
The Customer will not have to bear any costs for the refund.
The Company reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products are received or until the Customer provides proof of shipment.
To obtain a full refund, products must be returned:
- intact and unused;
- in the original packaging, including labels and seals;
- undamaged.
The Customer is responsible for the decrease in value of the products caused by any manipulation carried out to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning; in such cases the Company may apply a reduction in the amount to be refunded.
