Right of withdrawal

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 14 DAYS

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty, as established by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections address cases that may apply to this store:

Digital content downloaded with your explicit consent
When purchasing digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, instant-access online courses, software licenses, etc.) and expressly requesting its immediate delivery, thereby acknowledging that you will lose your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies — Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Explicit consent is collected at the time of payment.
Services started during the withdrawal period at your request
If you ask us to begin providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you can still withdraw, but you will have to pay us an amount proportionate to the work already performed — Art. 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Your explicit request is collected at the time of payment.
Personalized, perishable, hygienically sealed or sealed multimedia items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable products), items sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and opened after delivery, as well as sealed audio, video or software recordings opened after delivery — Art. 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU
Dated accommodations, rentals, catering or leisure services
Services tied to a specific date or period of performance, such as accommodation other than residential (hotels, holiday homes), vehicle rental, transport of goods, catering and leisure services, such as tickets to events, pursuant to art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Please use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal under European consumer protection legislation. Submitting it will register your request, and you will receive a confirmation email; this does not in itself imply acceptance of your withdrawal.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal terms and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, from delivery; for digital content, from the start of download) and the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these aspects before confirming, so submitting a request does not in itself guarantee acceptance.
